The City of Visalia (Visalia Transit), Kings County Area Public Transit Agency (Kings County Area Rural Transit/KART), Tulare County (Tulare County Area Transit/TCaT), and the City of Tulare (Tulare InterModal Express/TIME) are undertaking a collaborative RFP process. Each agency is seeking separate proposals from qualified transportation operators to provide public transit services for their respective agencies.

The initial contract term shall be for a five (5) year period and shall, at the Agency’s option and with the consent of the CONTRACTOR, be extended annually thereafter for five (5) consecutive one-year option periods. Contract terms may vary by agency:
