NOTICE – REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (Posted 10/06/2017) Mortenson Construction, Prime Contractor for the 4120 BRIGHTON BOULEVARD INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT

Over the next several years, 4120 Brighton Boulevard will undergo a redevelopment of the site with new buildings being added and some of the existing buildings being renovated. The Owner of the project is Westfield Company and they have selected S.A. Miro to provide design services for the infrastructure development and Mortenson Construction as the Construction Manager/ General Contractor for the demolition and renovation of the existing buildings and the construction of the new infrastructure onsite.
Certified Small, Minority/Women Owned Business Enterprise (SMWBE) are encouraged to bid on this project and stay up-to-date on the project during its progression. The project has a certified SBE goal of 23%.
Scope of Work: Mortenson Construction, 4120 Brighton Boulevard Construction Manager/General Contractor will be seeking bids for the construction of an underground parking garage and entertainment venue. Bids will include all scopes except earthwork, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, elevators, and shoring. Bid Documents will be available on

Prequalification Requirement
Mortenson Construction, is requesting trade subcontractors and material vendors to make known their interest in performing certain aspects of this upcoming work.
Qualifications submitted will be analyzed on the basis of past experience, safety performance, references, current back log financial capacity, available personnel, and other considerations. The Owner and Mortenson Construction reserve the right to waive any informalities or irregularities, and to accept or reject any and all prequalification submittals with or without cause.
